Updating of comprehensive plan has begun

An emerging vision for Wayne County and its cities began to take shape in the first meeting of a community committee convened to update the countywide joint comprehensive plan.

Last week the Wayne County Hospital Authority heard good news in its annual audit report. And as Wayne Memorial Hospital approaches the due date for the next payment on its only outstanding debt, hospital Chief Executive Officer Joe Ierardi reports there’s good news there.
