Linda Sutton Bryant
Jesup—Linda Sutton Bryant, 69, of Jesup died on Dec. 26, 2021.
The Wayne County native was a member of Jesup First Baptist Church and the Ladies Sunday School Class. She started her career as a licensed practical nurse with Dr. Ollie McGahee and then went to work at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She enjoyed traveling, reading, fishing, crafting, sewing and anything that was outdoors.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Ned Bryant; her parents, Bennett and Virginia Sutton; and a stepdaughter, Lisa Bryant Willett.
Survivors include her sister, Tammie (Stephen) Thomas of Jesup; a brother, Bennie (Sandra) Sutton of Jesup; nieces, Ashlyn Thomas and Krystal (Cody) Madray; nephews, Keegan (Haylee Applegate) Thomas and Ryne (Tanisha Corporan) Sutton; and two great-nieces, Ava and Eva Madray.
Visitation was held Dec. 28 at Rinehart and Sons Chapel. Private family interment will be held in the Bennett Family Cemetery in Odum at a later date.
