Jasmine Rinae Tolbert
Jesup—Jasmine Rinae “Jazz” Tolbert died Sept. 21, 2019, in Jesup.
She was born on Nov. 20, 2001, to proud parents Kenneth Tolbert Jr. and Bobbi Yeager in Toledo, Ohio. She was a senior at Wayne County High School and was employed by Dunkin Donuts. She was extremely smart and enriched the lives of all who knew and loved her, according to her familly. She was close to all her sisters and will be greatly missed, according to her family.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth “Trey” Tolbert III.
Survivors include her father, Kenneth Tolbert Jr. of Jesup; her mother, Bobbi Yeager of Toledo; her stepmother, Shanda Tolbert of Jesup; sisters, Amadika Tolbert of Linn, Missouri, Keyarra Gorsuch of Wauseon, Ohio, Kendall Tolbert of Jesup, Lilyonna Yeager of Toledo and Kali Robinson of Jesup; brothers, Christopher Yeager and Donovan Yeager of Toledo; paternal grandparents, Ellie and Kenneth Tolbert Sr. of Walthourville; maternal grandparents, Connie and Norman Yeager of Toledo; a great-grandmother, Dottie Platts of Savannah; aunt, Shameka (Dennis) Kirk of Tampa, Florida; and a host of great-aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family members.
Visitation will be held Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Howard & Jones Funeral Home in Jesup.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Howard & Jones Funeral Home in Jesup.
Interment will be private.

Carolyn “Joy” Lane Trull
Jesup—Carolyn “Joy” Lane Trull, 76, of Jesup died Sept. 20, 2019, after an extended illness.
The Wayne County native was a member of Parkway Church of God and was a retired employee of the Stihl Chainsaw Inc. in Virginia Beach.
She loved to fish and travel but mostly followed her husband, Jim, wherever he was in his Navy career.
She was predeceased by her parents, Q.Z. and Jewel Douberly Lane.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Jim Trull of Jesup; two sisters, Pauline Padayao and Claudine Morgan, both of Sterling; a brother, Ed (Nelma) Lane of Sterling; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sept. 23 at Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Pastor Bill Harper, Sister Rita Harper and the Rev. Carlton Ring officiating. Private family burial followed in Odum City Cemetery.
