Robert Edward “Robbie” Marsh
Jesup—Robert Edward “Robbie” Marsh, 52, of Jesup died Aug. 16, 2016, in Wayne Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
The Wayne County native was a roofer and former employee of the Wayne County Road Department and enjoyed visiting with friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Betty Marsh.
Survivors include two sisters and brothers-in-law, JoAnn and Junior Bennett of Jesup and Brenda and Bill Causey of Hortense; nephews and their spouses, Tim and Melony Bennett of Jesup and Charlie and Charity Causey of Hortense; great-nieces, Alley and Marlee Bennett of Jesup; a great-nephew, Chandler Causey of Hortense; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside service were held Aug. 19 at George Cemetery with the Rev. Stanley Todd officiating.

Joyce Anderson Todd
Richmond Hill—Joyce Anderson Todd, 88, died at home Aug. 16, 2016, after an extended illness.
She had lived in Richmond Hill for the past 55 years and was a member of the Richmond Hill United Methodist Church and Button Gwinnett Chapter 497 Order of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lee Roy Anderson Sr.; second husband, Willie Lee “Bill” Todd; children, Lee Roy Anderson Jr., Yancey D. Anderson and Dawn A. Clark; and son-in-law, J.E. Clark.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Douglas Ellis of Jesup; five grandchildren and their spouses, Jonathan and Jamie Ellis, Charlotte A. Clark, Mason L. Clark, Ashley Anderson and Jason Boland, and Forest and Morgan Anderson; two sisters, Gloria Anderson and Wanda Collins; one brother, Wallace Jarriel; and several great-grandchildren and other family members.
Funeral services will be held today (Saturday) at 11 a.m. at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. The visitation will be held for one hour prior to services. The burial will be in Richmond Hill First Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Methodist Home for Children, P.O. Box 2525, Macon, GA 31203-2525.

Michael Lee Rogers
Brunswick—Michael “Mike” Lee Rogers, 57, of Brunswick, died Aug.17, 2016.
He was a 1977 graduate of Glynn Academy. He worked at Weyerhaeuser in Port Wentworth and formerly worked at Postin Products and LCP Chemicals in Brunswick.
He was a member of Blythe Island Baptist Church and enjoyed singing with the Undone Gospel Quartet. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his 3-year-old granddaughter, Shelby, according to his family. He was an Eagle Scout.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Steven Gregory Rogers.
Survivors include his wife, Rita Mussara Rogers of Brunswick; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Adna “Addie” Elizabeth and John Price of Lexington, S.C. and Adrianne Rogers and Richard Prescott of Brunswick; two granddaughters, Shelby Elizabeth and Shauna Jean Price of Lexington, S.C.; both parents, Murray Lee and Doris Elizabeth Rogers of Brunswick; a brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Leigh Rogers of Antioch, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Aug. 19 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held today (Saturday) at 10 a.m. at Blythe Island Baptist Church. The Rev. Tim Brown will officiate.
Burial will follow in Chapel Park Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will include Richard “Dick-ie” Mitchell, James “Stevie” Stephens, Rudy Peeples, Thomas C. Cowen, Jack Aspinwall and Jonathan Mussara.
